My mentor will always say " your description is hidden from many, only few will picture it" Many people will come into your and leave as well, most times leaving wrong comments and feedbacks. This should not bother you. Most people that come into your life never arrived with a mission/vision statement, thus they are prone to leaving. Your major concerns should be channeled toward identifying those that have come to contribute and work with you. This people have developed the hunger to find, read, and understand who you are and are ready tolerate your weaknesses. They are always difficult to figure out. But their mission is always unconditional, accompanied with selfless services.
